Terms and Conditions

Location & Dispensary Availability

After verifying your age (21+), you will be prompted to allow location access to see which dispensaries can deliver to you.

Long-Distance Delivery

We offer delivery for locations 15–20 miles away.

Cash Payments – No Change Provided

Cash payments must be exact. TerpTaxi does not provide change.
Any extra amount will be considered a tip for your Terpie (delivery driver).

Pin Debit Payments – Convenient and Secure

Pay with your debit card at the door. Fast, safe, and easy for your convenience.

Account Verification

To create an account, you must upload a clear photo of the front and back of your ID for verification.
You will also need to provide your primary address, phone number, and email.

Delivery Address Requirements

Orders can be delivered to residential addresses and hotels.
Deliveries cannot be made to offices or other non-residential locations.
