Does TerpTaxi sell cannabis?
No. TerpTaxi is a delivery service, not a dispensary. Every product you receive is sold to you by a licensed New Jersey dispensary; we transport it.
Who do I pay?
The dispensary. You check out on their menu, using whatever payment methods that store accepts. Any delivery fee or minimum is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Can I use the dispensary’s deals and loyalty points on a delivery order?
Yes. Because the order is placed with the dispensary, its specials and rewards program apply. We track what each partner is running on our Deals and Rewards pages.
Is this legal?
Yes. Adult-use cannabis delivery is legal in New Jersey for customers 21 and over. TerpTaxi is licensed by the State of New Jersey, and our drivers verify a valid government-issued ID at handoff.
